Ngāi Tahu Property Limited is a standalone subsidiary of Ngai Tahu Holdings Group Limited, the business and investment arm of Te Rūnanga of Ngāi Tahu, the representative body of the South Island iwi, Ngāi Tahu.

Ngāi Tahu Property is a substantial New Zealand business with a market value in excess of $454 million (as at June 2011). They hold an extensive property portfolio that positions the company as a major long-term participant in the growth of Te Waipounamu (the South Island of New Zealand).

Ngāi Tahu Property are currently developing three of Canterbury’s largest masterplanned communities; Wigram Skies, Te Whāriki - Lincoln and Prestons. These three developments will provide more than 5,000 new sections for Christchurch families over the next 10 years.
